Legal Question in Employment Law in India
I was an employee in a state government bank in Maharashtra. I was terminated by the bank from service as they suspected me of siphoning money from dormant accounts. The case for the same has been filed in court and it has not yet been solved. However the bank conducted a 'namesake' inquiry and terminated me from the service. Everything was pre-decided in the inquiry and i had no say in the matter discussed.
So I want to file a case against the bank for such injustice being done to me. Please guide me regarding the same.

Repeat query. Already answered. Lawguru system bug repeatedly posting the same query again and again for Attorney's reply which needs to be plugged.
