Legal Question in Employment Law in Nigeria
My employer have just sent me a letter requesting me to pay back 2million Nigeria money after I had resigned from the company based on serious ailment that necessitate me to leave my country abroad. I signed a two year training bond with the company early this year but my health was failing gradually due to recurrence of health condition I suffered in 2011. So I resigned with medical report attached. I want to know how I can reply their letter.

Dear Sir / Madam,
You should spell out the facts of your medical ailment and indisposition in the letter citing the reasons for your being unable to continue in the job on medical grounds and attach the medical certificate from the Doctor as proof thereof.
Regards,
