Legal Question in Employment Law in India
My employer haven't paid me since past 8 months. I have official resigned and served my notice period. Also after checking i realized they haven't generated of even filled my PF ever during the 18m tenure of my work. I've sent them reminder emails, messages & calls. But they are acting really lax attitude. How can i sue them, also is suing really worth it in Indian court? !
