Legal Question in Employment Law in Oman
I'd like to know that may employer is asking me to pay 1000 rials. Since I'am working in private sector. I have husband here in Oman and got pregnant but as per oman law we are not allowed to get pregnant. Do i really have to pay that 1000 rials because its to much. im only earning 200 rials. and he said that he cancelled my visa that why i need to pay. pls msg me at 9123284

Dear Sir / Madam,
Your employer is required to incur and pay all expenses related to your employment. If the sponsor has cancelled your visa, apply for another job elsewhere.
