Legal Question in Employment Law in India
My employer is not paying the salaries for past few months. in spite of sending him the reminders, he promises a date for disbursing the salaries but has never disbursed the salaries on promised date. What action can be taken against him legally?

If the employer is not paying salaries, you ought to serve him a legal notice, stop working for him and look out for another job.
