if the employer sue you of breach of trust can u sue him also of breach of contract? breach of trust is if u voluntary neglect your duties right? what if because they add more duties as not stated in your contract that's why u have neglect your duty. do they have grounds of suing breaching the trust?

Dear Sir / Madam,

Yes. If the Employer is burdening and adding to the duties and responsibilities of the Employer in an unjustified manner, especially not directly related to the job description of the Employee, the Employer can be sued for breach of contract.
