Legal Question in Employment Law in India
I have an EPF account (PF A/C NO.: DL-39701/00011) with my previous employer Wish4Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. company based in Delhi-NCR. I have worked from 08th June 2009 to 31st March 2011. I had submitted PF withdrawal form ( form 10 & 19) to company after my resignation from company. But Wish4Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is not provided experience letter and not responding to my mail and phone communication.
Now I checked my PF account balance by online. But showing my" EPF account is incorporate and contact to EPF office". My previous employer (Wish4Tech Solutions) was registered with Regional Office - Delhi North (Wazirpur Industrial Area) EPF office.
Please guide me for getting PF amount & experience letter from company

Dear Sir / Madam,
You can lodge a complaint regarding non-receipt of your PF dues with the local Provident Fund Commissioner and the Labour Commissioner requesting their intervention to resolve the matter.
