Legal Question in Employment Law in India
I exhausted my leaves and was out of the country due to a personal issue. I needed to extend my leaves and requested for leave without pay. This was denied by my employer. I requested to be permitted to remotely work as well. This too was denied and was terminated. On returning to the country I submitted all company assets and signed all papers presented me. I received my relieving letter which stater "Terminated". It has been 9 months since my termination and I have been unsuccessful in getting hired. Please advise if I have any ground to seek legal recourse. Thank you

Dear Sir / Madam,
NO. There is no ground for any legal recourse. It is a futile exercise.
