Legal Question in Employment Law in India

Hi Experts,

I have one query. I have resigned from my current jobs with notice period, but I got job within a week of my resignation and they want to join there immediately. Can I quite before end of my notice period ? Please help..

Please note, I have appointment letter of my current employer, in which 3 month notice period clause in clearly mentioned. But I have not signed that Appointment letter and both copies are still with me. I have not signed any bond with my current employer.

In such case can my current employer take any legal action on me, if I quite before end of my notice period..

Please help...

Sir/Madam

If there is no Bond than your not liable for the terms and conditions. Whereas, factually there may be some constrains, those can only be said after knowing all details of the matter.
