facts of my case

1 joined this company on 4 jan

2 took sick leave on 3,4 and 7 feb and informed my boss about same

3 on 8 feb my office blocks my email id and sends message fit return of lap top

4 without any due cause our reason or due discussion with hr our documenting any cause my employer decided to terminate my employment

please tell me what legal action can I take against the employer?

Dear Sir / Madam,

Your action will depend on the terms and conditions mentioned in your Offer / Appointment Letter. Normally, the Company has the right to terminate your services without assigning any reasons anytime during your period of probation in the Company. In my opinion, you should be happy with getting paid for the actual number of days that you worked in the Company and a Service Certificate for that period from the Company. Legal action is not advisable and is not recommended in your case.
