Legal Question in Employment Law in India
My father was a government servant for 30 years.5 years back unfortunately he got dismissed from his job..Later on we field case in court and we fought for 5 years.At the end we won but now they are saying we will not be given the wages for the day my father was off his job..please let me know how should we proceed now??
We are in deep trouble as we are not getting a single rupee as a retirement amount and we belong to a financially backward class

Dear Sir / Madam,
If the Court order clearly states reinstatement of services will full pay, the Company has to obey Court orders. If they don't, you should file contempt of Court proceedings against the Government department.
