i had talked to one of the lawyers here , his name is Fca Prashant Chavan , i told sir that my dad is ill and i had joined a college this september , and i had signed a contract according to which i have to give notice period of 2 months or amount of 21000 , they told me that they will tell me about their decision after 10 days , and sir told me to join them if possible (to serve 2 months notice period) i went there but they said they will tell me only after 29th sept (though i have cancelled my given checques to them) , now sir please tell me should i wait for their decision ??

As directed, if you have acted according to the advice we gave you earlier and conveyed it to the College Management, you may await their decision.
