Legal Question in Employment Law in India

I am a Female working as Sales Manager with an Insurance Company. New L1 Manager (Boss) has been appointed. She is mentally torchuring me by insulting & humiliating me at my workplace. Asking to send Reports at 1 am wherein I already send her the same on email but she doesnt check.She makes phone calls on Sunday also and when tried to object insulted me in office. Does a lot of miscommunication to degrade my image in front of other employees and my L2 Manager. My Superior boss L2 Manager also didnt support me when I approached him for resolution. My basic expectations to work in official hours & to maintain my self respect are not supported. Can I get suggestions how to resolve this legally? I dont want to lose my job, as if I take any step against them they would make conspiracy against me. Please guide me. I have all proofs documented that I have been doing my work perfectly. Still my dignity is harmed.

You should discuss these issues with the Head of HR and request HR intervention to amicably resolve the matter.
