Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Can we file PIL in US being an Alien? Is it possible to settle such disputes with the concerned party without going to Court?
Can we ask for compensation against settlement? Will this not amount to Blackmailing or using legal framework for personal gains charge?
I've basically worked for a staffing company which is an authorised vendor for a leading IT company in US which in turn on Client's request repeatedly makes violations against Equal Employment Opportunities Statues. How to go about it if I want to blow the whistle?

Any country which adopts a policy framework which defeats basic human rights, is deviating against the principle(s) of natural justice as laid down in the mandate of the United Nations Commission on Human Rights (UNCHR).
