Legal Question in Employment Law in India
I filed E.P in 2010 for execution of Award dated 31.12.2001 of Labour Court Hyderabad that "reinstate the petitioner into service, with continuity of service, with all attendant benefits and with full back wages". Respondents issued reinstatement order only in 2003, in the year 2011 back wages paid as per their will and pleasure not as per the Award and in the year 2013 notionally promoted me as UDC & JAO on par with my juniors but without monetary benefits. The labour court himself assume that the Award is implemented in true letter and spirit by ignoring the conditions of the award and given documentary evidences and my E.P is dismissed. Can I filed another E.P before the Labour Court Hyderabad.

Dear Sir / Madam,
It is futile to waste your time and money running to the Court which is not advisable and not recommended.
