Legal Question in Employment Law in India

I filed OA in CAT claiming seniority 41 place on the basis of initial merit, the OA was allowed as prayed for. but before implement it, 3 persons filed another OA sought protection for their seniority on the ground of non-party in earlier OA with some other contentions. they have not challenged the previous CAT order any manner. CAT already answered all their other contentions by its earlier order. Hence, it dismissed the OA stating to challenge its earlier order. In Appeal, High Court set aside all the orders of CAT passed in 2 OAs (previous and later). Then I filed SLP, the Supreme Court issued notice and all respondents filed counter, appeared for preliminary hearing and after hearing counsel the court GRANTED LEAVE to MY SLP and STAYED the OPERATION of HIGH COURT JUDGMENT. Now, the question is, can i press the management to implement the earlier CAT order which is in favor of me? whether can i file Contempt in CAT if they have not comply with the earlier Tribunal order?. please give your opinion at the earliest...
