we filed a WP in karnataka high court seeking regularization of our services and stay on discontinuation of our job.court granted the stay and issued notices to respondents on our main demand. they are yet to repluy. now on the courts website status of our case is shown as "disposed." what will be the next course of action ? same case will continue or we have to file a new one///

Yes, you may file an Addendum to the existing case in the Court for redressal.
