have filed Writ petition for getting Pro rata pension form TNEB, the judgement ordered TNEB Chairman to consider my representation on merit & dispose the same within 8 weeks. But after 8 weeks no communication received from TNEB. I have already sent the legal notice. Now, I have already file the Contempt of court.Since, the Court is not functioning due to COVID-19 curfew the case has not been numbered..

My question is

1. whether the TNEB will accept my representation or reject the same.

2. If accepted whether the reply will come to me or they will reply directly to court?

Sir, you have not mentioned the date of Judgment in Writ when TNEB was directed to consider and dispose within 8 wks.

Your question is

1. whether the TNEB will accept my representation or reject the same.

Opinion: No one can answer that question. The same will depend upon the merits of your claim for Pro Rata Pension.

2. If accepted whether the reply will come to me or they will reply directly to court?

In my opinion, TNEB is under obligation to issue you a notice of hearing, on principles of natural justice, before deciding on your pending representation. If it is rejecting without issuing you any notice, you will have a fresh cause of action.
