My firm is an authorised manufacturer of Kirloskar DG genset. what law can I implement being Hr companylaw , shop & establishment or factory act . plz let me know ASAP

Well, If you are manufacturer then you have take Registration under Excise, Labour LAw compliance. Is your manufacturing concern a company or a firm.. please clarify.

If you are employing more than 10 employees then Factories Act would be applicable to you.
