Legal Question in Employment Law in India
If I have been forced to resign after 8 years of service what legal actions can I take against the manager/company i worked with. This case is 6 months old and that time i succumbed to pressure from my then manager. Please advise.

Dear Sir / Madam,
Instead of succumbing to pressure, you ought to have politely asked and "stumped" your Manager : "Have you already submitted your own resignation to the Company, that you are now asking me to resign ? Do you want to make me a :scapegoat: for all your incompetent approach and inefficiencies ?" Anyway, learn from your past mistakes. Never brood over the past .. just kick it and forget it ... keep working your way ahead ... like the saying in Hindi "Tu nahee toh aur sahee". Always think positive and good will happen. In my opinion, it is futile to waste your energy, time and money over legal actions.
Regards,
