Legal Question in Employment Law in India

I have been found in physical assault with one of the female employees who is my girl friend. As per the Show Cause Notice the company has Video Footage & the Eye Witness however, the girl in the subject has denied upfront by saying nothing sort of that has happened. Even I didn't admit any sort of physical assault however, I apologized for the incident & admitted that it was a fiery conversation. Now I've been asked to explain in writing as to why organization should not take any action.

No my question is if I will response in writing stating that I admit the Fiery Conversation however deny for any sort of physical assault & if the company will fail to produce any video footage however the company has eye witness. What actions can be taken by the company against me with eye witness or if company is able to produce both (Video Footage & Eye Witness).

I think,you should admit your guilt and ask for a pardon. If you reply that no such incident took place, you will be trapped as there are sufficient evidences and even if the girl does not complain, you will be held guilty.
