Legal Question in Employment Law in India
I am a full time employee for an e-commerce start-up. In my joining letter it is written that I cannot work on something else apart form the job i am doing but I haven't signed any bond with my employer. If I start any new business while still being on my current job what problems might I face? because I have seen many people running their own companies while they are working for some other company. Are there any legal rules in India that prohibit such act? What should I do to start my own business while still working for my employer ?

Dear Sir / Madam,
If the terms and conditions of your employment prohibit you from running any other business whilst you are in the service of the Company, violating this condition could result in your losing the job.
