Legal Question in Employment Law in India
I gave my resignation letter on 22-06 -2016 by registered post . The receipt of the same was acknowledged by my employer through post. After 7 months , my employer is saying that I did not mention the phrase "with immediate effect" in the resignation letter and hence asking me to make a representation on the same.
In my resignation letter , date and time and reasons is clearly mentioned.

Dear Sir / Madam,
Your employer's stance is invalid and need no representation. You should insist on immediate payment and settlement of your dues, if any, owed to you by the Company.
Regards,
