General terms and conditions of employment is changed when employment is transferred from one owner to another what happens? 1. New employer treated old service as continuity of service without unbroken. 2. New contract is void contract due to general terms and conditions of employment is changed like salary structure, retirement benefits changed, promotion policy changed etc.

3.New contract is legai contract due to consent of both parties for general terms and conditions of employment is changed like salary structure, retirement benefits changed, promotion policy changed etc.

Dear Sir / Madam,

If a new employment contract is signed between the employer and the employee, it supersedes the old terms and conditions of employment with the previous owner. If no new contract is signed by both the parties, the old agreement prevails.
