Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Me and my girlfriend worked in the same company but last month in January 2017 she left the organization due to some personal issues. I was on earned leave at that point of time for 14days but when I went back to resume my work on 18th Jan 2017 the management denied to let me work and stated the reason as PROFESSIONAL TRUST ISSUE as my girlfriend left the organisation. The management said that I need not to serve my notice period of 15days and I will be entitled to whole month's salary. But the salary did not credit into my account. I tried contacting the manager but she did not respond and asked me to consult her in MARCH 2017 for payment. I have voice recording of whatever she said to me at the time I went to resume my service in the office. What actions can I take? Please help.

Dear Sir / Madam,
You may check with the HR Manager regarding the non-payment and crediting of your full and final dues owed to you by the Company. You should discuss and derive the exact amount owed to you and get her commitment of the payment settlement date. If she fails to settle the dues thereafter, Police action in the matter is advisable and recommended.
