Legal Question in Employment Law in India
hi i gotta doubt..
I need to know if non-solicitation clause is violated in a contract. What damages can be awarded by the courts. For e.g. If I hire my supplier's employees in violation of the non solicitation clause what damages/penalty do I need to pay if my vendor goes for litigation

it would be a breach of contract. your supplier can approach court against you for claiming damages.

Dear Sir / Madam,
God forbid, but should you lose the case, you will have to pay the compensation / damages as claimed by the opponent if he / she goes for litigation.
Regards,
