Legal Question in Employment Law in India
We are a Government of India Undertaking. Please advise whether when an employee is asked to go on compulsory leave, will he be entitled for full salary without crediting / deducting any privilege leave.

Dear Sir / Madam,
Yes. The employee who is forced to go on leave will be entitled to receive full pay during the entire tenure that he / she is forced to remain on leave by the Management.
