what is my gratuity after 10 years working in dubai private company

my basic is 10k and total package is 20k. i also received a bonus for 25k in the last 3 years. my contract is unlimited.

Dear Omar,

Calculation of Gratuity depends on the policy of the Company in accordance with the Labour Laws. Normally, the Gratuity is equal to half month's basic salary for each completed year of service. In your case, the Gratuity amount will be Dhs. 50,000/-.
