Legal Question in Employment Law in India
I hav retired frompb. govt. service.before retirement vigilance enquiry was pending against me. enquiry continue after retirement. after my retirement enquiry completed.. only a simple negligence in the duties was found. therefore my deptt. has charge sheeted me with a show cause notice served that why not cut in my pension @10% be imposed.Is it legal or justified.
