Legal Question in Employment Law in India
I hav retired on 28/2/15 from pb. govt. service.At the time of retirement a vigilance enquiry was pending against me which was concluded after my retirement . vigilance sent its report to my deptt. and found me negligence in the duties .Now deptt. wants to take action against me.pl. explain what type of action can deptt. take against me

Dear Sir / Madam.
Departmental action will depend and be based upon the outcome of the departmental inquiry report and their findings. If any amount(s) have to be recovered from you, they will be recovered from your monthly pension.
