Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Hello,
I had applied for certain post in an institute, the institute has selected me for the lower post on very low remuneration as compared to the posts i had applied. What can be done on this ? Please tell me

Dear Sir /.Madam,
If the Institute has offered you a lower post, it is left to you whether you wish to accept or reject it. There is no hard and fast rule that makes it binding on the institute that they should compulsorily offer you the post you applied for.
