Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Hello,
I work in a corporate company and one of my colleague raised a false sexual harassment complaint against me by using some of the personal chat messages sent during the non official hours of work . This was raised when I found the alleged party was not keeping the work expectations and given warning .
My employer initiated the redressal program however which does not meet the government set expectations of sexual harassment law at work place. The employer is threatening me to leave the office else will terminate my employment .
I'm going through absolute mental hurt situation by these actions . Please advice me how to proceed further .

As per the newly formed sexual harassment law. the employer has to form in house redressal committee to inquire into the complaints,your termination without proper inquiry would be illegal and can be challenged in the court of law.
