Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Hello,
I work for a major IT corporation and I have been facing harassment and been subjected to various mental harassment by my HR and Managers in the organization. They even forced me to visit a psychiatrist after accusing me of being mad.
I also have been subjected to verbal abuse and threats of termination. The company is also sending letters to my residence and torturing my old parents by telling them the wrong information about me.
I want to stop this 2 years of harassment and I do not want to quit the job as I feel I have not done anything wrong to quit the job.
Please provide your suggestion as whom to approach and if there is any good lawyer who would be ready to take this case in Bangalore area. I have spoken to 2 lawyers but they did not show any interest after hearing the company's name they told me that the company is too big and they can even buy the judges.
As per my understanding and findings, this organization was already sued for wrongful termination and Labor court had ordered the company to pay 17 lacs compensation to the terminated employee who was a whistle-blower and had raised a concern about employee safety due to improper fire and safety norms.

Dear Sir / Madam,
Despite the situation, remain calm and focussed on your job and ensure there are no lapses in your performance. Since there is already a case wherein the Company has lost in the labour Court, you will stand to gain if the Company forcefully terminates your service. In the meantime, to be on the safer side, you should also apply for another job.
