Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Hello,
I am working in an IT company and I have resigned as I got a new Job in PSU bank.
So I requested early release of 1 month. But notice period is months.
For remaining notice period I am ready to pay as per policy .
Even if I am ready to pay and my employer is NOT willing to release me early, what should be my next step.
Pls suggest

Dear Gadigayya,
You have not mentioned the notice period. Presuming it is two months, and you have finished all your work in the iT company, inform the IT Company accordingly and settle the issue requesting them to acknowledge return of all Company property in your custody and release your full and final settlement dues on the last working date, so that you start your new job without any hassles.
