Legal Question in Employment Law in Philippines
Hello,
Ive been with the Call Center company for almost for years now, I had the chance to be promoted as a trainer but then the line of business where I was promoted needed to reduce headcount, therefore resulting for me not being confirmed, 6 months was just wasted. Now I tranfered to another line of business which I need to serve for 6 months as well in order to be confirmed, are there any legal matters that I could do in case I wont be confirmed again since I am now 1 year without any confirmation, efforts being wasteD.
Please note that I am a regular employee of the company, but the company has different lines of business.

Transfer is a management prerogative unless it is being done in bad faith. What is important is that you are a regular employee. This means you cannot be terminated without just or authorized cause.
