Hello,

Myelf Shubhangi, I am from pune, pimpri chinchwad area. Working in manufacturing company from lst three months. And the issue is company is not giving my two months salary. I an the only one employee in office there is no other worker/ employee in company. Main thing is boss not reciving phone call nor coming to office in the office time. when I leave the office after closing he is coming.

what to do an anyone please give me advise to at least get my salary.

Dear Shubhangi,

Instead of finding excuses, sit up late one day, meet the boss, and ask him / her the reason for withholding your last two months salary. If he / she does not give you a proper valid answer, tell the boss that you see no point wasting your time anymore in the Office.

Tell him / her straightaway : "Mera doh maheenay kee tankhwa laao ... aur meri jaan chhudaao ... varna abhee abhee dekhtay raheeye kaisay tumaaray hosh theekanay le aatee hu main."

Jar saaheb / memsaaheb tujhyashee 'nadlay' tar saral jawalchyaa Police chowkeet jaaon tyanchyaa viruddha takraar nond kar.
