Legal Question in Employment Law in India

Hello,

Sir, we the temporary employee of the bank which was merged in BOB. in 2011. Now Bank of Baroda says that we have a Supreme court Judgement copy which is in the fovour of the BOB against the Contratual Labour.

Sir Please let me know any case ref number or Contractual judgement against the Bank of baroda which helps us in labour court.

Please advice.

FYI...... Bob gave us case ref of Uma DEVI vs Bank of baroda.
