Legal Question in Employment Law in India

Hello,

This is to let you know that i am working in Multinational Co. My company is giving me salary of 9 hrs & daily I have to work for 12 hrs also they are not giving me overtime. If i have to file an complaint against Employer where I can.

Please Advice.

Dear Sir / Madam,

All issues pertaining to Salary are generally in keeping with the terms and conditions of your appointment and should be amicably resolved with the HR Department. If the Company has agreed to pay overtime as one of the terms in your appointment, and they are not adhering to the terms of appointment, you have the option to escalate the issue to the Labour Commissioner for redressal.
