Legal Question in Employment Law in India
hie i joined a co on 22 feb received appointment letter on 25th feb left job after15 day. just mailed co my resignation letter. after leaving job after 2 days got letter from company "warning letter for absenteesim" when called up the co & asked abt letter they told itz just a process.
after 7 days got another letter " final warning for absenteesim" i ignored the letter.
after 7 days again got a letter "Termination on account of abandonment of services" this letter stated that i have to complete all necessary formalities in connection of final dues and documents
i called co & asked what final dues are there. they dint reply properly. after 3 month got a letter stating that i have to pay comapny Rs5000 then only they will issue my relieving letter
what should i do? i have not signed any bond. nor my appointment letter states any thing like this

Dear Sir / Madam,
If the Company has not paid your salary for the days you worked, you should ask the Company to pay you for the same instead of asking you to pay money to the Company.
