Dear Sir / Madam,

A Service / Employment Bond of any kind or nature since being termed as "bonded labour" and being against the principle of natural justice (as it is one-sided) is illegal and a criminal offense. Companies which have an unprofessional Management usually resort to this malpractice. You have ample evidence that the Company "forced" you to resign which actually tantamounts to termination of service. You should reply to the mail on the above lines and straightaway outright refuse and reject to pay any bond monies to the Company.

Regards,
