Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Hi,
I was employed with an organization from Nov 2010 to June 2014. I re-joined the same org in Jan 2015 with new details all together. But then a case opened where in they checked outside country travels and issue was found out in settlement of all employees.
They are asking for recovery now, even though my old employee number was provided full and final in July 2014.
How can i go about this instance.

Dear Sir / Madam.
If the recoveries are proved genuine, the Company is legally entitled to recover it from your present salary dues.
