Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Hi,
I am facing of an issue;
Under mine appointment agreement; as a separate clause for notice period of 60 days. there was nothing sated of company can change notice period any point of time.
But as a separate clause; they have mentioned that; employees is adhere to all policies and procedures and company can change any policy at any point of time.
However, the company have recently changed the notice period to 90 days in the form of policy. Though, could any one advice, does it 90 days notice period applicable to my deed?
