Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Hi
I am from India and i used to work with System's Technology International India Pvt Ltd.
It is a US based company with corporate and head office in Detroit, Michigan.

Now i come to the issue at hand.
I joined the company on 20th of January 2014 and was fired on 3rd of march 2014
i didn't get my salary for the month of February . I got fired due to an absence without leave due to an emergency.
It isn't like the HR is not ready to give my salary. But what has happened is they give false promises of giving the salary extending the date even more and more. Today is the 2nd of May 2014 i still haven't received my salary.
How do i get my salary and what can i do about it.
I am sure i have fulfilled all of their terms and conditions so that they cant deny me my salary legally.
Please help me out

Dear Sir / Madam,
The Company is legally bound to pay you the agreed salary for each and every day you worked in the Company. Moreover, in keeping with the appointment letter, if there is a clause regarding notice period for termination / resignation from service, then the Company is legally bound to pay you the notice period salary too. You should lodge a "cheating" complaint with the Labour Commissioner and the Police, with a copy marked to the US Consulate seeking their intervention and action.
