Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Hi
I got relieved from my previous employment in the month of Feb 2014. I have received from my employer.
1. Relieving letter
2. Experience letter
3. Form 16
But they have not yet made my final settlement. I have written several emails CEO and spoken to HR and accounts personnel, but they are not committing any date for making the payment.
Since it is already more than 6 months over, can I, serve a legal notice to the CEO to put pressure on him to make my payment? If yes, what is the procedure?
Regards
Sureesh
