hi,
i have an old salary issue with my previous employer where a part of my fixed pay component was added to my variable pay component which was based on my performance (variable pay) this went on for 29 months from dec 2007 to apr 2010.Due to this i have received on rs 300 to rs 1000 less every month during that period.
i have recently resigned from the company and inspite of giving notice to company hr this was not rectified . i just want to know whither i can fight this case or not.

Dear Sir / Madam,
You can certainly sue the Company for recovery of your salary dues wrongly computed by the Company.
