Legal Question in Employment Law in India

I have signed an employment bond for 2 yrs in my company in India . But i want to break the bond because i got a great opportunity outside. But i am ready to pay the bond amount i.e 3 lakhs to my company,
but my company is not ready to relieve me .Even I am not active in any projects. They can release me easily.But they are telling by giving the bond amount also they will not release me.
What to do now? I want relieving letter and experience letter.

Dear Sir / Madam,
An employment or service bond of any form or nature whatsoever, is illegal and a criminal offence liable to a fine or simple imprisonment or with both. What do you mean that the Company is not willing to relieve you ? Are you strapped by your neck just like a pet is to them ? No Company has a future, only you have a future. The Company remains liable to pay your full and final dues and issue a Service Certificate.
