Hi,
I am working in Indian ltd. company full time as well I got opportunity to work full time in another ltd company. I have caliber to do both full time work. but there is little bit problem that both employers wants to deduct my PF, I am unable to understand how to manage it? Can I do dual job at a time because job time is differ one job is from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM and second is from 7:00 PM to 4:00 Am? is it legal to do dual job and dual pf contribution from two employer in India? should I use same pf account for both company or should I use another new pf account for new company?

Dear Sir / Madam,
Good Day !
Unless any of the employer specifically prohibits you from undergoing any other job whilst in full time employment with them which they normally do, it is perfectly legal for you to work for two employers. Let both the employer's individually deduct your Provident Fund contribution. The PF A/c Numbers will differ.
