I'm starting a private limited company but i have the following doubts. Pls clarify
1) I will have around 10 staff in total but will be employed in 2 states (telanga & Karnataka). Should I register for Provident fund my company status is PVT LTD?
2) Should i register for ESI and is it mandatory?
3) Is there any guide lines for employee leave structure?

Dear Prakash,
Yes, it is mandatory for a private Limited Company to have a Provident Fund and Employees State Insurance registration.
