Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Hi,
Just to take your valuable advise on the notice period. One of our employee tendered her resignation and mention that he will serve one month notice.
But his reporting manager would like to relieve with immediate effect. Is it legally possible.
Kindly advise.

Dear Sudhakar,
If the notice period is one month and the reporting manager is keen to relieve the employee immediately, all you need to do is to pay off the employee basic salary for the one month.
