Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Hi,
My previous employer is not paying my full and final settlement. It has been more than than 4 months . before quilting the job they premised me several time that they will pay me after 15 days than 1 month followed 4 months now.
Plz help me.

Dear Sir / Madam,
You should immediately lodge a Police complaint for cheating against your previous employer and also inform the local Labour Commissioner to intervene and resolve the matter. If the Company is limited, you should mark your complaint to the Registrar of Companies for their information.
